lablgl + Tcl/Tk 8.2

 I have also recompiled lablgl for potato (and Tcl/Tk 8.2)
 and I had to comment out line 36 of Togl/tkInt8.2.h
 where a wrong (w.r.t. 8.2, at least) typedef is present.

 I am not an user of it, so I don't know if the "patch" is OK.

 In fact, I only need it to build lablgtk, that depends on it.
 I really would prefer to see lablgl dependency removed from
 lablgtk (that IMHO should be splitted in at least three different
 packages: core, Gl, ...).
