Dear Bhuvan,

Thanks for applying to become a Debian Developer, non-uploading.

However, due to the current situation, I fear your application won't be
able to go forward.

Indeed, it takes a significant amount of contributions and interactions
in the project to become a Debian Developer, and your current track of
work is two uploads in 2016 of two new packages. You have not worked on
these packages since then and therefore, it seems to me such an
application is quite premature.
