I support Kyle Robbertze <krobbertze@gmail.com>'s request to become
Debian Developer, uploading.

I met Kyle when he joined the DebConf16 local team and expressed an
interest in becomming part of the Debian project. His involvement
quickly grew, and he joined the video team where he did an immense
amount of work during DebConfi16 and continued doing so since then.
I was impressed by his technical skills and his abilitiy to work on
audio firmware on very tricky platforms.

Since then, he has also become proficient in Debian packaging. I
have reviewed and sponsored at least the following packages for Kyle:
blockui, camlimages, camomile, gnome-shell-extension-log-out-button,
gnome-shell-extension-shortcuts, gnome-shell-extension-show-ip,
jquery-i18n.js, jstimezonedetect.js, moment-timezone.js, ocaml-cry,
ocaml-dtools, ocaml-puppy, ocaml-faad, ocaml-flac, ocaml-ogg,
ocaml-speex, ocaml-theora, ocaml-vorbis, silan, reflex and
liquidsoap.

He picked up packaging quickly and over time, his uploads were
consistantly high quality and required no further review so
I nudged him to apply for DM, since then he has had DM rights for
most of his packages and have been maintaining them without any
further assistance or problems.

I have personally worked with Kyle Robbertze <krobbertze@gmail.com>
(key 02F95A3F3E3B00A681B80FB5427E381D05190E55) since 2016,
and I know Kyle Robbertze can be trusted to be a full member of Debian,
and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.
