For nm.debian.org :
Friday, 8th of september 2017,
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have started my contributions with two packages (openscap-daemon and
scap-security-guide) and I've continued as a member of the
pkg-security team. I've packaged some Kali packages (backdoor-factory, dirb,
dhcpig) and packaged some new security related packages (bdfproxy, wcc).
I'm also a member of debian-ruby-extra team to package some security related
ruby library (ruby-em-proxy, etc., mostly WNPP by now).
I focus my effort on the documentation (I wrote a wiki page on OpenSCAP and
scap-security-guide usage on Debian), and on quality (I made a small
contribution on check-all-the-things and try to use as much as possible
Debian-ci). When possible, I also try to help others on mentors as far as I
can.
I would like to be a more efficient team member by being able to upload
the packages I have previously worked on without requiring a DD's time.
Thank you
Philippe
