Philippe Thierry: Advocate

For nm.debian.org, at 2017-09-08:
I support Philippe Thierry <phil@reseau-libre.net>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Philippe Thierry on a lot of pkg-security packages and I would like
to see him doing the uploads by himself.

I have personally worked with Philippe Thierry <phil@reseau-libre.net>
(key FCDDF6D727B44BCD06FF1A32C89D5712DF945F6F) for some months, but really intensively,
and I know Philippe Thierry can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages,
right now.

His knowledge in pkg-security is really trustable, and appreciated, he knows what he is
doing, and doing it correctly (and specially, following up with new uploads in case
of bugs, that is something that happens for new packages).

I personally have only sponsored 11 packages, but his contributions have been sponsored
also from other DDs, and are not only visible on changelogs (but also on mail lists).

thanks for your work

Gianfranco
