I advocate Sascha Steinbiss to become Debian Developer, uploading.

Sascha is an active member of the Debian Med team for several years. He has proven to be able to work on various packages in the scope of bioinformatics - not only on those he introduced himself but also took over or helped on packages started by other team members. He is upstream for some bioinformatics packages and has strong connections to other upstream developers at Sanger institute.
Sascha has understood the Debian principle and is a kind and helpful person. Showing up on several sprints of the Debian Med team he is highly regarded amongst people inside this group.
