I advocate Donald Norwood to become Debian Developer, non-uploading.

I have mainly been working with Donald in the publicity team. He has worked with the team to produce a number of recent issues of Debian Project News and has written substantial portions of them. He has also proposed dents for sending to the Debian identi.ca account, had them acked and has been given access to that account and acked/sent dents on behalf of others. He has also provided useful review of some press announcements.

As a member of DSA I've noticed the start of his work in the mirrors team and been happy with the things he did there.
As a member of the website team, I've noted his extensive work in helping to the maintain the list of Debian users and his ideas about improving that part of the website.
