Advocacy for Graham Inggs

I advocate Graham Inggs to become Debian Developer, uploading.
The current status of Graham Inggs is Debian Contributor.

I've worked with Graham in both Debian and Ubuntu, from almost first patch until the present. I've been proud to see him pick up upload rights along the way, and recommend him as a DD (uploading).
He has been successfully taking on and cleaning up some un-loved packages (the motif stack). And worked to coordinate dependencies around CUDA and OpenCL, so that packages requiring these libraries can work seamlessly in Debian and Ubuntu, where graphics drivers are packaged very differently.
He has also been a useful member of our DebConf16 bid team.
