I advocate Martijn van Brummelen to become Debian Developer, uploading.
The current status of Martijn van Brummelen is Debian Maintainer.

I have worked with Martijn in the past. Back then I have sponsored several "NMUs" for him packages where he did QA work for lots of packages as well as uploads for his "own" packages. I strongly believe he can be trusted with full and unrestricted upload rights.
