Hi, I believe that Tianon has the technical skills needed to maintain Debian packages. I support his application to become a Debian maintainer, because of the work he has been doing within the pkg-go team over the last half a year. Reviewing his contributions by now is typically a very quick thing, since he gets it right without my advice :). Furthermore, Tianon is always very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic.
