I have sponsored vokoscreen and htpdate packages from Joao Eriberto Mota Filho and I believe that he now can be trusted to have full, unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the archive. He understands our policies well and will be a welcome addition to the Debian project. His packaging skills are pretty good and he shares a good contact with his upstreams.

I recommend him as a DD.
