Advocacy for Patty Langasek

I advocate Patty Langasek to become non-uploading DD.
Advocacy text:
I have personally worked with Patty Langasek <harmoney@dodds.net>
(EEC7 766C 55ED F438 258C 6B8C DD75 EFFD 968C 5973) for a
sufficiently long time and I know Patty can be trusted to have full,
unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the archive right now.
However, since she is applying to be a non-uploading DD for some
reason, I must also recall her involvement with the Debian Women
project and DebConf10.
