Advocacy for James Downing Page

Hello,

I advocate James Downing Page to become uploading DD.

I will not repeat what I've already said regarding James [1] when he requested for DM status :)

I have personally worked with James Page <james.page@ubuntu.com> (0xA0E7D8C3). for at least two years and I know James can be trusted to have full,
unsupervised, unrestricted upload to the archive right now.

He has been working great on in Debian Java team and I think it will be a great asset to have/keep it involved into Debian via full membership.
