Hello, I advocate Andrew Starr-Bochicchio to become uploading DD. Advocacy text: I would like to advocate Andrew to become uploading DD. I have worked together with Andrew on the Bazaar packages for a couple of years, first sponsoring his uploads and later cooperating while he had become DM.
