Hi,
I recommend to invite Youhei SASAKI as Debian Maintainer.
He is professional academic researcher for earth/geological physics
with computer simulation. He is using Debian for both research and
daily his activities.
He has contributed Debian for more than 6 years. Especially, he is
working for his professional activity. He already had made and
distributed Debian package (not Debian official) for his professional
activity.
And, he coordinates large and fast Debian mirror servers at which
locate top tier of Japanese research network.
He usually talks with other Debian guys both offline and online. For
example, he usually attends monthly Kansai (west region of Japan)
Debian meeting.
