I feel comfortable to say that Jaromír Mikeš has the technical skills
needed to become a Debian Maintainer, I have uploaded many packages
for him and his work was always extremely accurate.

Plus, he has been giving a great contribution to the Debian Multimedia
Maintainers team as co-maintainer of a good number of packages, which
evidence the high quality of its work.

Therefore I fully endorse Jaromír's application [1] to become a Debian
Maintainer.
