Rico is a very active and friendly Linux enthusiast as can be
seen from his website on http://linux.bierrommel.de/

He is helping a lot to keep Debian running on the FreePhone,
as obvious from the packages he is already officially engaged with.
To have him with us as a Debian Maintainer would strengthen the
phone subcommnity a lot, which still has not completely recovered
since Squeeze was released. And given Rico's ambitions with
Linux, I am very confident that he will strive towards becoming
a Debian Developer and be same as helpful to Debian at large.

Please accept him as a DM for now.

With many thanks especially to Rico for all his past and current work
and best regards

Steffen
