I have sponsored some packages of Ruben Molina, and I think he is doing a good
job. His responses are fast, and he is always given to improve the work he is
doing in Debian. He is currently maintaining 16 packages, and I am sure he knows
now what he is doing given this experience. I also have seen activity from him
in #debian-co and his arguments are well based.  

I recommend Ruben Molina to become Debian Maintainer.
