I believe that Adrian Glaubitz has the technical skills needed to
maintain Debian packages.
I support his application to become a Debian Maintainer, because I am
the regular sponsor of both packages he maintains and worked with him
since he started working on them. He was always very interested to
learn how to improve his packages. He incorporated suggestions quickly
and his communication style is always friendly and helpful.
