I believe that Tim Weippert has the technical skills needed to maintain Debian packages. I support his application to become a Debian maintainer, because he does a good gob maintaining the c-icap
related packages, both creating good quality package as well as keeping the bug count low by chasing bugs and cooperating with upstream to get the fixes included.
