Re: Debian Maintainer application for Chen-Tse Tsai



Sorry for missing the earlier ping.

Chen-Tse is doing good work for the svm package. He has not packaged it from
scratch but adopted the package. I nevertheless had sufficient opportunity to
see that he cares to do things right and he asks when in doubt.

As you have sadly experienced, having him accepted as a maintainer, i.e.
removing me from the sponsoring loop, sometimes helps to get things done quickly.
