I have sponsored the mail-notification and oprofile for LIU QI, both
of them are adopted packages.
the packaging is lintian clean, and he has a fast reponse on my
comments. (one reason is both of us live in UTC+8)
I believe that LIU Qi has the technical skills needed to maintain Debian
packages. I support his application to become a Debian maintainer,
