Hi,

I hereby advocate for Peter Collingbourne to get DM upload rights.

Peter has proven his knowledge by packaging several math and Python
related packages, which I've sponsored for him. The packages were always
in a very good shape and I hard a hard time to find things to fix. These
issues were fixed within minutes by him. Peter is responsive and
available, and it is nice to talk to him and I know nothing which should
stop me from advocating for him.

So please grant DM rights to Peter.
