although I'm not Philipp Kern, I hereby advocate for DM rights for Scott
Kittermann. He's is very active in the Python modules/apps teams and on
#debian-python on OFTC, he does a very good job within the teams, and
it's always fun to work with him. He not only takes care of his own
packages - which are in a good shape - within the teams, but also spends
a lot of time on bringing Ubuntu patches back to Debian and getting the
packages back into sync again.
