Looking at https://nm.debian.org/nmlist.php#dam ...

I (kevin.glynn@gmail.com) was in the list of people waiting for
account creation but didn't make it to be a maintainer.  Can anyone
suggest why, or who to contact?

I haven't been put on hold, and afaics haven't received any email
about this. I was second in the list by time waited in this status
(since 2009-09-09).
