I've seen new DDs that were complaing about the same problems while they
were NMs, but argued differently later when they became DDs.
So, the POV may change after becoming a DD... ;)

True. And it's even more frustrating when nearly everyone admits that the NM
process is too slow and should be improved - but nothing happens. And
everytime the complains about NM process get louder and louder. This is
definitely not good for the project, I think.

Well, I would appreciate such a page when it would help to lighten the
workload of the AMs, so that NM processing will become faster.
The problem is that the stuff in the wiki still needs to get reviewed by the
AMs. The question is: does it need an AM to do so or would it be possible
for other DDs as well to whitness the previous Debian related work of the NM
as well? For example by making two or three DDs sigs equivalent to an AM
sig?

I had similar ideas for buildd logs (shared folder, etc). I wanted to store
mails in buildd related personal folders and move them out after a grace
period of time, so that other buildd admins can process them when a buildd
admin missed to answer to the buildd mails.
I think that's quite similar to your approach of sharing mails of NMs to all
AMs?

I still see a major problem for all proposals: the acceptance of the FD/DAMs.
It would be nice to know in advance if a changed procedure of NM handling
would be accepted by them. If not, it's academic to think about
improvements and a waste of time. :)
