Greetings, I've attempted to contact Miguel a number of times (April 4th, 2003, June 3rd, 2003, June 5th, 2003, October 3rd, 2003, November 3rd, 2003). I've only received one response from him saying something was up with their mail server (June 5th, 2003) and asking me to resend. My assumption is that he's too busy right now and he should reapply later when he has more time. I'm rejecting his application until he has more time to work on it.
