Rejecting NM applicant Timothee TTimo <ttimo@ttimo.net>

I am hereby rejecting the Debian New Maintainer applicant Timothee TTimo
<ttimo@ttimo.net> due to his own request. Timothee finally came to the
conclusion that going through NM is not wort the effort for maintaining
some rather small packages only.
