This has always been a messy zone file. It has nothing to do with any
attack whatsoever. If you want to be really anal, you can contact the
hostmaster; if that doesn't work, try <pgp-keyserver-folk@flame.org>.

Only a couple (maybe even only one) of the DNS servers allow AXFR (zone
transfer) requests, and the one that is closest to you network wise
doesn't. Try a "host -t ns pgp.net" and use the results until you find
one that works. ns[01].pipex.net work; I just tried them.
