Carlos agrees to uphold the DSC/DFSG while doing Debian-related work.
He also agrees to abide by the DMUP.
We discussed the importance of the DSC, the benefits of DFSG-free
software, and what makes two packages non-free. He answered my
questions to my satisfaction.
