Warren convinced me in email discussions that he knows about the DFSG,
licences, and the Social Contract. His work on the 'vftpd' package
show that he understands the policy and the packaging tools. He was
very fast with responding to my queries.
Tasks and Skills
- ----------------
Warren has packaged 'vftpd', a ftp daemon. His initial package had
some problems, but he was very quick at fixing them when I pointed
them out. The package is available at
ftp://128.61.35.35/pub/unix/debian/packages.
I am convinced that Warren would become a valuable developer and
recommend acceptance of him.
