RE: Query on requirements for identification



John,

Actually the two references you mention say the same thing.

If the applicants key IS signed by a current debian developer, there
is no requirement for Photo ID.  

This was an issue of discussion for quire some time (felt like months)
so you really do not have to requrie a photo ID in this situation.
