He has submitted _many_ bug reports (there are over 35 open bugs right now, you can query for hmh+debianbug@rcm.org.br), he knows about NMUs and made a policy proposal about initscript (the following message is the RFC: http://lists.debian.org/debian-policy-0010/msg00178.html). He has also summarized the Social Contact and the DFSG and understands them very well. Tasks & Skills -------------- As mentioned before, Henrique has submitted very good bug reports and a RFC for policy and is a good contributor of the debian-devel list. Futhermore, he has sent me his package of 'wmpinboard' which didn't have any errors at all. Henrique is very competent and certainly has the qualifications to be a good Debian developer.
