Yep, exactly. That's an ffmpeg 8 issue on Blender 4.3, which is why 
Blender needs an update to a later version (whether that's 4.5.5 LTS or 
5.0.1), which requires a newer opencolorio which requires minizip-ng.

We're trying to avoid a large delta and a large transition, so rather 
than do it downstream, we wanted to open the disussion here, especially 
since this is just one item that is bumping the minizip-ng issue which 
is symptomatic of a larger issue in that minizip will eventually need to 
transition to minizip-ng.
