This suggests that we should remove vmpk from Packages-arch-specific.
As it happens, kFreeBSD has been removed from debian-ports, and
libdrumstick-dev hasn't been built for Hurd
(https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=libdrumstick) - but that
just means that vmpk will automatically sit in dep-wait, and there's no
need to have a special exception for it.
