Bug#991007: libchromaprint1: still suggests python-acoustid instead of python3-acoustid

Dear maintainers,

the package libchromaprint1 (currently in bullseye) still suggests 
python-acoustid although it has been removed last year. Could you please 
update "Suggests" dependencies using python3-acoustid instead of 
python-acoustid.
