Hi Rosea, It is usually only temporary until the Release Critical bugs are fixed. Looking at the cwiid package, it has been orphaned and needs a new maintainer. It looks like Pablo Mestre wants take over maintenance for the benefit of sonicpi. So keep an eye on those bugs if you are interested.
