More info on how to do that here: http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/#l1 Then, _after_ RFP bugreports have been filed, it can perhaps be helpful to post promotional pleas like above, _referencing_ the bugreports. Filing bugreports earliest possible makes it easier for us all to track progress of packaging efforts - including dropped efforts due to e.g. licensing issues.
