The MIA procedure is for maintainers and not for packages. So I am not sure what the intended goal is. Do you want to get get stops removed from the archive? I would find asking for removal of packages maintainer by other people that do not have an RC bug and have not been superseded rather inappropriate. Best -- Sebastian Ramacher
