Thanks for your thoughts on this.  Here I just wanted to answer your
question about what STYLUS_BASED does...

1. "Undo" and "Redo" are provided as small buttons, instead of in the
menu (and as well as via keyboard shortcuts).

2. In games like Sudoku that expect number keys ("1".."9"), a row of

possibility as eliminated, the logic of a left click (i.e. stylus touch)
is changed so as to cycle between "indeterminate", "positively chosen"
and "eliminated" states; instead of just between "indeterminate" and
"positively chosen".

4. In one game where left and right clicks indicate rotation in opposing
directions, STYLUS_BASED modifies the code to allow mouse dragging to
indicate the direction instead.
