push mirror hanzubon.jp has benn not updated, please push to debian-mirror.sakura.ne.jp

Hi,

 I'm debian-mirror.sakura.ne.jp mirror admin, upstream push mirror
 hanzubon.jp has some trouble with update since 26th August and
 its admin ISHIKAWA Mutsumi could not respond yet.

 As temporary, could someone push to debian-mirror.sakura.ne.jp
 (and maybe other downstream Japanese mirrors), please?
