Debian mirror at Columbia is forbidden or not found

Hello,

http://mirror.cc.columbia.edu/debian is forbidden and top site points
to           http://mirror.cc.columbia.edu/pub/linux/debian for Debian
mirror which is also not found.

Is this issue known? Could it be fixed?
