Both seem reasonable.  _hierarchy is lines of
 "$(basename "${TRACEFILE}") ${MIRRORNAME} ${TRACEHOST} ${RSYNC_HOST}"

The fact that ftp.nl isn't there suggests it's not running the new
ftpsync yet.
