At least now, cdn.debian.net is resolvable from Switzerland agai, yay!
No more "NXDOMAIN".
But even if I resolve it on ftp.ch.debian.org aka debian.ethz.ch, it
points me to rhlx01.hs-esslingen.de despite there are at least two if
not three official mirrors inside the same the AS (AS559, SWITCH).
