Mirror blocklisted

Hi,
We had some problems with our mirror, because of the amount of log
files of ftpsync script. The server ran out of inodes. Now this
problem is solved and yesterday I resynchronized the mirror.
Now I have checked
http://mirror.debian.org/report/bymirror/ftp.gul.uc3m.es.txt and I see
this:

I thought tha the "Not reliable" part was because the lack of space.
And now is blocklisted.
What does it means?
Did I have done something wrong?
