Thanks for the notice.

That should not have any impact since your mirror is not part of
anything where the IP is hardcoded (for example a DNS round robin), and
it doesn't seem you are pushed (they might be a risk if the push mirror
uses your IP instead of NS).

However, it seems your DNS entry ttl for linorg.usp.br is one day.
You should reduce the TTL to a low value before the migration in order
that everyone get a fresh IP as soon you perform the change.

BTW:
* it seems your mirror is a bit late (9 Dec while ftp.br.d.o is 12 Dec)
* the required local trace file is not present on your mirror, please use
  http://lists.debian.org/debian-mirrors-announce/2008/11/msg00001.html
