Configured back a while ago:
commit b70ab64ff975751b3a539ac756950b76d003ecf0
Date:   Sun Nov 15 13:42:12 2009 +0100

As for every event that may affect any ftp.CC.d.o operation, please
notify in case of issue on your mirror or DNS or network, so that we can
update the Debian DNS in time.
(Yes this method is known as subobtimal, but that's the current one)

Could you please ensure all the hosts you manage use ftpsync and are
pushed :
dennou-q.geo.kyushu-u.ac.jp
studenno.kugi.kyoto-u.ac.jp
dennou-h.ep.sci.hokudai.ac.jp
ftp.nara.wide.ad.jp

Would it be possible to get ftp.jp CDN actually returns only hosts that
you actually manage yourself ?

Pushed from volatile-master.d.o, it ask for a password.

Ensure there is a ftpsync-volatile.conf configured to rsync from volatile-master.d.o rsync.

Since volatile-master.d.o has been introduced now volatile is official,
the key changed:

no-port-forwarding,no-X11-forwarding,no-agent-forwarding,no-pty,command="~/bin/ftpsync sync:archive:volatile" ssh-rsa AAAAB3NzaC1yc2EAAAABIwAAAQEA1uA/OHSMKtHeaq1hkv0QXneFXUQBYj8vdzgVFbMNjJuBytXaLaFxwAkP2bszFQ8jQ5+d9Hks+X6RQLYFuBF+oYAprCyuASMjVM5AkCT+2IqoYfpKREO3lKV/G1xQaEx4+CnSqFSRSmKQNQJXYvJcSBqYJSursJNgSweSwaykJFyAni/0IAu0hIB1r6gIUQalZaIah6ZcKIUC0UUTgnlCAqRpM6QckROk7AbpJuU3px1u4TSZRpsjhhW4ca3D/EnkC/97FGONFpYFODzVmkvXpgrArMuVs2tK0BhlWN96AB1+H6TIsFiHJbXoyUzskHq27s5JBVE4PChSTb5xn3gzqQ== volatile.debian.org-archvsync@verdi (2009-01-15)
