You should not mirror non-US, it's been removed a long time ago.

Perhaps you could update from ftp.br.debian.org instead. You have a gigabit

connection with us, and you'll update much faster than from ch. That's
what official country mirrors are for.

We're official for everything you intend to mirror, except
security.d.o. We also have security, updated every 4h, but in this
case we're not official because they don't recognize other mirrors as
such.

We also offer pushing, so you can update as soon as we're finished and
without having to do many useless syncs.

We do it for the mirror at your Physics Institute distant 1km from
your building, and they're more up-to-date than you.
