If you are an upstream server for other mirrors and the downtime is more
than few days, it is interesting to have the info broadcasted on
debian-mirrors.

debian-mirrors is suited for discussion about mirrors, but for pure
administrative as the one you requested mirrors@d.o is IMO enough.

Request sent to DSA in the same ticket #449, I guess it will performered
