The page http://www.de.debian.org/dmc/today/ lists the status of the mirrors. We (ftp.br.debian.org) appear there as missing everything from debian-cd. However we do have everything. It seems dmc/today is still looking for 4.0_r1, because the problem appeared when we updated to 4.0_r2.
